summary: Palm Beach Residence The Poject 'Palm Beach Residence' designed by LandFluent Landscape Architecture is a representation of the finest coastal landscaping. This provided a complete transformation to coastal living by combining native plants with attractive compositions, thereby enhancing the existing beauty of the site and creating a usable outdoor living area. The started with a thorough landscape assessment to pinpoint the coastal challenges of salt and changing soil. Our team carefully selected drought tolerant plants, such as California lilacs and native succulents to ensure a sustainable landscape and one that is colorful and vibrant throughout the entire year. High-quality materials were chosen that included weather-resistant composite decking and natural patios that contribute to an inviting and sophisticated outdoor space; suitable for years of reasonable use. One of the s primary features is a custom-built fire pit which is the ideal concentration point for family and friend gatherings. Added landscape elements able to be a part of multiple seasons, such as succulent plants and garden boxes with greenery and seating added, added texture and a connection between indoor and outdoor areas. The firepit backyard area pairs beautifully with a proportionate contemporary water feature that creates and encourages the landscape ambiance for relaxation. The had the added challenge of steep slopes that required creative drainage and erosion control. LandFluent's skilled team condensed still function without jeopardizing durability by integrating terraced gardens and walls into our other landscape design elements. The end result is an outdoor space that incorporates beauty and function that the client thoroughly enjoys daily, with awareness of landscape sustainability.
