Sherman Oaks Residence Logoluso Design Studio celebrates its Sherman Oaks Residence , showcasing our devotion to quality and innovative landscaping. Situated on a beautiful property in Sherman Oaks, the scope of the consisted of converting a typical suburban residential yard to a tranquil sanctuary in harmony with its surroundings. The garden's dynamic, sustainable plant palette incorporates drought-resistant California native plants so the landscape will thrive and flourish throughout the seasons. The motion and experience of the garden is highlighted by a somewhat dramatic flagstone path that leads visitors throughout the garden and garden beds of beautiful colorful succulents and fragrant lavender; the path is constructed from locally sourced stone and provides a strong compositional element and an artful experience. The unique fire pit area, surrounded by custom seating, provides a wonderful venue for entertaining guests outside under the stars. We had to make a few decisions throughout the regarding the steep slope of the property. In the end, we added a terracing element that enhances visual appeal and improves drainage, preventing erosion and maintaining the longevity of the landscape. The application of irrigation used in the landscape also minimized the use of water and was another example of a smart sustainability measure in the . Most importantly, the clients are thrilled with the final outcome and can now enjoy their own tranquil retreat that reflects their unique style and incorporates considerable value to their home. The Sherman Oaks Residence is a fantastic example of the qualities Logoluso Design Studio strives for in its craftsmanship, creative design, and environmental stewardship. Not only does this enhance the structure of the home, but it also improves quality of living in one of LA's vibrant neighborhoods.
