The new landscape features a beautiful array of native drought-resistant plants chosen to shade garden areas, provide colorful blooms throughout the year, and maintain water conservation, a key consideration in the area. Lush ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs, and well-placed trees create visual interest and contribute to the overall beauty of the estate. The most striking element of the design is the multi-tiered garden which demonstrates the seamless transition from established materials to new-grown materials through the addition of a unique water feature with a Zen aesthetic and a custom stone pathway to access a personal meditation garden. Only local stone was considered for this aesthetic design, ensuring continuity in material and color. The existing uneven garden areas provided an exceptional opportunity to create inclusive gathering spaces and outdoor living spaces. A modern irrigation system was installed to provide coverage while optimizing water usage. An outdoor living room with a complete kitchen and dining area was added to foster family gatherings while taking in the picturesque views of the hill surrounds.
