Information: Pool Landscape by Prados Landscapes LLC At Prados Landscapes LLC, we are passionate transforming exterior spaces into breathtaking retreats. We put our stamp on this called “Pool Landscape". With a strong commitment to creativity and quality, we had the opportunity to work with clients in the Greater Metro New Orleans Area, including Arabi, Barataria, Belle Chasse, and other nearby locations. The “Pool Landscape” involved an outdoor pool area at a residential home that needed an upgrade for aesthetics and relaxation value. To enhance the existing pool, we added natural stone pathways, tropical plant bedding, and water features. The materials for the decking were travertine; not only is this flat stone aesthetically pleasing, it is also low maintenance and durable against Louisiana’s humid climate. One of the major challenges presented was the height variance of the land surrounding the pool. Our highly skilled employees did an amazing job grading the land into an even plane for the transition between the pool and the lush landscaping, which featured multiple palm trees that we had evaluated and selected, vibrant hibiscus, and jasmine vines which were particularly fragrant and helped create a natural separation between neighbors. The highlight of the upgrade was the custom waterfall that we created, which flowed into a natural-rock pond. The water feature encouraged the wildlife and provided a wonderful sound barrier, making it a great focal point and sensory experience in the patio area surrounding the pool. Overall, the experience was so rewarding for both us and the client. Upon completion, the client shared how we exceeded their expectations and created a perfect oasis to entertain friends and family. The “Pool Landscape" experience confirmed what Prados Landscapes is known for quality craftsmanship and the ability to create unique, beautiful, and cherished outdoor sanctuaries.
