Summary: The Art of Nature by LandServe, LLC. LandServe, LLC, believes that every landscape has a story to tell. In our most recent , "The Art of Nature", we took a small backyard and turned it into a beautiful and breathtaking garden that celebrates the outdoor beauty in the area. We had the pleasure of working with customers in the lively community areas of Bohners Lake, Browns Lake, Burlington, and beyond, as we were asked to create an oasis that connects the natural world to contemporary design. The began with a productive consult to discover the vision our client had in mind. The required some innovative design solutions since the backyard had uneven terrain and poor soil. Our quality, experienced team used sustainable, quality materials, locally-sourced stone for pathways, and a durable, eco-friendly mulch for planting. The design had a mix of native plants, vibrant perennials, and ornamental grasses that added visual interest and supported native wildlife. A significant part of the "The Art of Nature", was the installation of a site-specific water feature. The water feature was the focal point of a serene pond surrounded by lush plant materials and strategically-positioned boulders. The functionality of the water feature drew various bird populations and butterflies to the landscape while also creating a beautiful, serene experience of nature. Integrating a water feature into an existing landscape can be challenging; however, our team was able to execute the installation and exceeded our client’s expectations. The end result is a beautiful landscape that highlights nature while providing useable outdoor space to enjoy for years to come. Our client was pleased with how well beauty and functional space were executed, and the landscape now provides excellent space for family celebrations and quiet evenings.
