Woodbridge Residence The Woodbridge Residence was delivered by POPEL Landscaping and Design, LLC. The final reflects our attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to our clients. Nestled in the middle of Woodbridge, we embarked on a that would take a typical backyard and turn it into a beautiful oasis that complemented the natural surroundings. The was a comprehensive design that included a multi-tiered garden, a tranquil water feature, along with an expansive stone patio for gathering and entertaining. We selected stone materials locally so that they can endure the elements and still reflect the natural surroundings as they appeared to transition from home to garden. Native plants brought out the beauty of the landscape while supporting biodiversity locally; the landscape was beautiful and sustainable. One challenge was the extreme changes in elevation that required some creative grading work in order to create a functional, usable, and beautiful space. Our crew was able to create retaining walls that provided a structure to the space as well as an attractive finish in a natural stone material. The irrigation system was another challenge as we attempted to integrate a sustainable watering system that would maintain the health of all of the wonderful plantings, ultimately using low water while still keeping our client’s yard green, lush, and vibrant year-round. The final came out to exceed the clients expectations and created a stunning outdoor retreat. With beautiful pathways throughout, gardens in full bloom, and delightful sounds of flowing water, the Woodbridge residence is the definition of an outdoor space that can be enjoyed for relaxation as well as gatherings. Our happy clients now have a wonderful yard to host family and friends for outdoor events, but still escape the busy day to day routines of life.
