Woodbridge Rustic Retreat POPEL Landscaping and Design, LLC is pleased to introduce, the 'Woodbridge Rustic Retreat.' In this stunning transformation, we put our creativity and professionalism on display in a landscape re-design. This was based in Woodbridge and involved the redesign of a large backyard to create a peaceful retreat that enhances the landscape the area offers. This rustic retreat highlighted a blended landscape of native plants, including perennials and hardy shrubs, selected for successful and resilient plantings in the local climate. The natural stone pathways, constructed from granite sourced at a local quarry, not only provided beauty and durability but also connected the landscape beautifully. To further instill the look and feel of the , an onsite-crafted fire pit of boulders added an element of rustic charm to the final product. One challenge in this specific design was addressing the challenges associated with the terrain's slope in the backyard. In our final design, tiered garden beds added both visual dimension and effectiveness. The tiered landscape also provided more efficient areas for planting while allowing for proper drainage and soil health. The use of reclaimed wood added an eco-friendly touch for raised garden beds and seating areas within the site. The final outcome was a stunning retreat that reflects both balance and beauty. Our client was excited to have their new outside space to relax and entertain.
