Unique Kiawah Island Residence REMARK is excited to present the 'Unique Kiawah Island Residence', a breathtaking landscape that captures coastal charm and natural beauty. Located within the preserve of Kiawah Island, the REMARK team turned this residence into a tranquil retreat that blends seamlessly into its surroundings. This is a beautiful combination of native and drought-tolerant plants that will be sustainable creating a breathtaking landscape. Our professional team used the highest quality materials, including locally sourced stone for pathways and natural boulders for a magnificent focal point throughout the garden. A new irrigation system was also put in to make sure the property is lush and vibrant with minimal effort for the client! A major challenge faced is the sandy soil throughout the island and potential erosion challenges that come along with it. To mitigate these issues our team installed new grading and retaining walls, which also provide structural support while creating a beautiful back drop for the thriving plants. The end result is a magnificent garden with multiple levels that beckons one to wander through. A series of winding paths, nestled seating, and lighting ont the house enhances the overall experience of the Unique Kiawah Island Residence after dark. At every level of craftsmanship and detail, REMARK is most proud of what has been achieved. From picking the materials to the final touches, our proud client is enjoying a stunning landscape that captures visual appeal and functionality worthy of retreat for the homeowner.
