About This Project

The Brackenbury Residence TG&R Landscape Group is proud to present the Brackenbury Residence, a beautiful transformation that exemplifies the craft of landscape excellence. Located in the heart of Fort Mill, this is representative of our continued commitment to quality and creativity in serving our Clients from Catawba, Edgemoor, Ft Mill, India Hook, Lando, Lesslie, Newport, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and Van Wyck. The Brackenbury began with a vision; to create a beautiful outdoor escape that is also functional. Our biggest challenge was a sloped landscape, which we creatively turned into a multi-tiered garden. We converted the space to take advantage of the grade while adding to the overall natural landscape. High-quality materials, including locally sourced stone for the retaining walls and hardscape, ensured durability and quality. At the heart of this s beauty is the lush plant palette. We chose native grasses, perennials, and ornamental trees to enhance natural beauty while also promoting biodiversity. We included a wonderful water feature to complete the overall garden it adds relaxing character to the garden space while attracting wildlife and creating a harmonious experience. Logistical challenges were all a part of this (such as drainage issues or heavy clay soil) but we overcame all issues with careful, innovative solutions that included French drains and raised beds. Each detail of the landscape was designed to ensure that it will thrive through every weather condition for maximum beauty year after year. Ultimately, the end result is an extension of nature that is harmoniously designed where every aspect has a specific placement in order to create a calming escape for the homeowners. Our clients could not be happier with the result, and expressed their happiness of having an outdoor living space that did not only enhance their property, but also encouraged them to enjoy their home and yard more.
