'Fire' by Geared for Growing Landscape Services Located in the heart of Sonoma County, Geared for Growing Landscape Services is excited to share 'Fire', an incredible transformation that blends with the beautiful natural surrounding of Forestville and surrounding communities of Fulton, Geyserville, and Healdsburg. A unique landscaping , 'Fire' includes a fire pit area designed with local river rock and the right pavers to accentuate the rustic area. The fire pit was custom made for a comfortable evening gathered around the fire. Surrounding the fire pit is an intimate seating area constructed of durable materials that withstand the weather elements. A native plant palette was implemented to reduce maintenance while providing year-round beauty and to think and protect the local pollinators. A challenge we needed to overcome on the was the steep slope of the property. By using a terraced design coupled with erosion control measures, we were able to keep the design of the slope intactboth visually and functionallywhile creating a usable outdoor space. The end product was stunning, successfully reconciling the functional and creative that impressed the client. The 'Fire' is an example of a well-executed outdoor space envisioned for use outside with family and friends while exemplifying the work of our landscape design and commitment to craftsmanship and client needs. Geared for Growing Landscape Services continues to lead landscape design within the communities of Guerneville, Larkfield-Wikiup, Rio Nido, Santa Rosa, Villa Grande, Windsor, and Sebastopol. Designing outdoor spaces that inspire enjoyment and elevate everyday life experiences.
