Garden Estate by Geared for Growing Landscape Services Located in the beautiful region of Sonoma County, the 'Garden Estate' showcases the artistry and skill of the Geared for Growing Landscape Services team. We serve communities from Forestville to Windsor, and we were able to take a large residential site and create an outdoor space that is stunning, functional and beautiful. The began with an extensive site visit to assess the unique topography and climate of the site. We utilized many sustainable practices across the site, including the planting of native plant species that naturally thrive on the site. Those site appropriate plants not only utilized less water, but also required less maintenance in general. Some of the elements we introduced were an array of drought tolerant perennials, that were intentionally placed for seasonal color, and many aesthetically pleasing hardscapes. The team had to work with an unordinary sloped site. This challenge was achieved by applying tiered garden beds and natural stone paths to not only make the area more accessible, but the stonework also matched the natural visual interest of the sloped site. The entire was completed with beautiful, quality materials, which consisted of natural flagstone pavers and reclaimed wood, with sourcing from as local as possible, to maintain the natural integrity of the space. The Garden Estate's centerpiece is a beautiful water feature that is specific to attract wildlife and assist in achieving a calming effect or noise. The combination of the flowing water and landscape softens the sound of the wind through the foliage, while the natural wall boulders act as retaining walls while appearing a more natural aesthetic. At the conclusion of the , the happy customers expressed their excitement the transformation of their property, which not only added to the curb appeal but had also created a welcoming landscape that they can now enjoy for entertaining family and friends or relax and connect with nature.
