Miami Lakes Patio Upgrade The Garden District has proudly introduced Miami Lakes Patio Upgrade, a landscaping designed to take outdoor living up a notch for our valuable clients in beautiful Miami Lakes. This involved a full redesign of an existing patio, converted to a luxurious outdoor oasis built for entertaining guests and unwinding. To start, our skilled teams assessed and inspected the space, identified areas of improvement and helped to assess the vision the client had in mind. With careful consideration, we chose high quality, weather resistant materials that will last in a hurricane/prone climate while also being eye pleasing. For instance, we installed high end porcelain tiles with anti-slip properties with natural stone edge that flowed with the backyard design. One of the major challenges on this was the original patio was heavily sloped in several directions, needing extensive grading and leveling to install a usable base. Our team was able to perform this expertly and used extremely high quality installation methods to achieve a perfect finish. We also designed and incorporated a top of the line drainage system so the water does not stay settled after heavy rainfall, which is very important to keep in mind in a tropical climate. To take outdoor enjoyment to the next level, we also included beautiful plant material, including native plants and ornamental grasses. All of which add beauty and positive biodiversity to the . To cap it all off, we placed around the patio area decorative LED lighting, including flickering candles, and lights on everyday patio furniture so they could bask under the light of the flickering flame day or night. Ultimately, we delivered an incredible, functional patio that encompasses all desires as well as complimenting the house and surrounding everything all together. You an experience our design even further, through our quality craftsmanship and detailed care, that will allow our clients to have a breakthrough moment as they will now have an absolutely beautiful outdoor space for family gatherings, barbeques, shared cocktails with loved ones, and quiet evenings listening to music under the stars.
