Serving the communities of Charlotte, Fairview, Harrisburg, Hemby Bridge, Indian Trail, Matthews, Midland, Mint Hill, Myers Park, Stallings, Unionville, Weddington, and Wesley Chapel, we accepted the challenge to create a sanctuary that will not only beautify the environment in which it is located, but also enhance the health and wellbeing of our client. The began with a full design consultation in which all aspects of the clients' needs and the characteristics of the property were diligently explored. Our team prepared a landscape plan that included a variety of native plants that were visually appealing and sustainable. High-quality materials such as natural stone walkways, decorative boulders, and rugged wooden trellises were incorporated to create a cohesive series of textures and colors that complement the local climate. One of the primary obstacles was the irregularity of the grade of the site, and we worked through various grading solutions to ensure the drainage system corrected pooled water and overly saturated areas. Our companions were easy to work with, and we opted to use retaining walls with strategic plantings, not only for functional reasons but for aesthetic reasons as well. In the end, the end product was an amazing landscape rich with flower planting, seating components, and a garden that floats from habitat, which brought in pollinators and safe relaxation and enjoyment. All plantings in the landscape were integrated in an appropriate water-efficient irrigation system to keep the plantings alive, where longevity was part of the design. It was a delicious thing to watch, as our clients stepped into a living space of color and sound with flourishing flora surrounding them, enjoying the fruits of our labor on a beautifully prepared landscape. The solely provided excellent curb appeal, but it provided an additional opportunity to bring our clients closer to their outdoor living space.
