Low Maintenance Private Patio w/ Artificial Turf by Plant Man At Plant Man, we take pride in making outdoor spaces relaxing retreats, just as we did in our most recent a Low Maintenance Private Patio with Artificial Turf. Based in the Charlotte area, the patrons of this desired a peaceful escape without the hassle of a traditional landscape. Our designers thought through every detail to seamlessly transition the patio into its surrounding area with high-quality, durable, and quality materials built to withstand the weather of North Carolina. The primary feature of this particular is the lush green artificial turf, which selects for its realistic aesthetics and low maintenance. We sourced premium turf with a real look and feel, perfect for homeowners wanting that great look without the commitment to a continual lawn-care hassle. Two of the challenges in this dealt with uneven terrain and drainage. Our talented landscapers leveled the ground and the team put in a functional drainage system to ensure proper water drainage wasn't a nuisance and without flooding potential to affect the quality of the turf in particular areas. We also included aesthetic stone borders to define the patio space while also providing reinforcement to maintain the definition in time. This resulting space is a beautiful, large patio that functions well for comfort and gathering. The client was excited to have strong outdoor gatherings with little effort to maintain such a beautiful space. This not only improved the home’s appeal, but also created a usable space year-round!
