2017 Southern Spring Home & Garden Show by Plant Man In 2017, Plant Man was privileged to showcase our talents and expertise on the Southern Spring Home & Garden Show Exhibit Floor and create a multi-dimensional landscape exhibit that entertained and engaged the audience, while delivering a delighted client. Slated in Charlotte, NC, our design captured the best use of native plants with local sustainable philosophies and sensitivities to the local climate. Our design utilized very specific product selections including a water feature with natural stone accents, meandering pathways of reclaimed brick, and flower beds with perennials and ornamental grasses. All products were selected for aesthetic performance, but also considered to perform in an eco-friendly way with very low environmental footprints that the green space would thrive with and respond with minimal impact. One big challenge faced was a limited installation timeframe to gain quick visual impact. To overcome it, our skilled team carefully planned all coordinated phases of the and to completion from site visit to new installed soil to ed planting. Local suppliers were sourced for the best plants and products in conjunction with planning weeks of progetto. The end result was a landscape that offered all the Southern charm and usefulness one could imagine with a natural water feature and exhibition hall. The exhibit showed incredible green waves of plants and other colors all visitors hearing and watching the water flow and and pathways enticing walking paths through the spaces. The attention to delighted our client and was received by all who attended the exhibit. Plant Man was able to take visions and make them realities. The 2017 Southern Spring Show Exhibit is an example of the excellence we extend to our landscaping client-work. Serving communities including Charlotte, Fairview, Harrisburg, and beyond, Plant Man continues to develop wonderful landscapes.
