The Leaf Dock Holloway Company Inc. has been called upon to develop stunning landscapes that not only enhance these spaces but provide enjoyment for many years to come, THE LEAF DOCK is located in the heart of Virginia. Ranging in areas from Aldie to Great Falls, this showcases our commitment to quality built and conceptual design. The Leaf Dock, now complete includes an amazing complement of native plantings, hardscape, and water elements, all carefully planned, that create a place to get away from it all. It used local stone for the patio and walkways for long-lasting beauty that blends with nature. Its central feature is a custom-built dock made from sustainable material, beckoning passersby to relax, admire, stare, you know, be blissful. The sloped site was one of the key challenges for the . Knowing that the steep grade would require retaining walls, our design-build team crafted a tiered garden design, using the walls as structural support while creating colorful, textured layers of planting beds. We designed and included an irrigation system, such that this landscape thrives on during the hottest months. At the final reveal the client was blown away to see their vision transformed into a beautiful outdoor space with a pond nestled among the landscape of plants and flowers. Having Leaf Dock increases the value of the property while also creating the perfect space for the family to come together and spend time with nature.
