Located in the beautiful beach town of Del Mar, BNC BUILDERS INC. is proud to showcase DEL MAR DECK, an example of skillful landscaping perfectly complimenting the natural landscapes of Southern California. This included the addition of a huge outdoor deck intended to be open space for family functions and gatherings. High quality sustainably sourced materials went into the particularly in the attractive long-lasting hardwood decking that enhances durability as well as the coastal design features of the home. They expertly used native drought-resistant plants to create dynamic green landscaping that requires little maintenance to thrive in the San Diego climate. The addressed one of the most significant challenges its uneven site offered with its own solution. Through careful grading techniques we were able to provide a level base for the deck while going unseen in the natural surroundings. We also installed best-in-class drainage to avoid the accumulation of years of moisture and prevent damage to both the deck and the long-established decorative garden nearby.
