DEL MAR BALCONY & DECK REPAIR Completed by BNC Builders Inc. The "Del Mar Balcony & Deck Repair ," set in the charming beach town of Del Mar is the epitome of artistry that BNC Builders Inc, brings to the craft of every landscape, each different yet unique in it's craftsman ship. This centered around the detailed restoration and improvement of a large balcony and deck space that was designed to be a peaceful outdoor oasis for our clients. We replaced the wood deck with premium weather-resistant composite decking and materials, providing a long-lasting low maintenance solution. Not only were the materials that the building was made of practical for the style of building but they also complimented the natural environment surrounding the area. A custom railing system was used (everything is made out of stainless steel and temperate glass) to showcase the ocean views without compromising safety. So much of the original deck was such an uneven surface that we had to level it out in two ways, with supports and with plywood, to make it structurally sound. We ensured that the foundation was sound in our skilled hands as innovative tricks were used to meet the demands of the s being undertaken due to its unique array of services. We also introduced sustainable landscaping features such as native plantings and drip irrigation systems, which are practical features, as well as provide a better overall feel for the space. The end product is a stunning outdoor living space combining form with function The clients were delighted with the outcome, enjoying a refreshed space and a functional area both for relaxing, as well as for entertainment purposes.
