Floridian Fancy Client: Bell Landscape Architecture Inc. Located in Florida, the "Floridian Fancy" is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful outdoor spaces created by Bell Landscape Architecture Inc. that complement the natural beauty of the Caribbean. As the old adage goes, never mix business with pleasure, however this ambitious took a large residential premises and transformed it into a tropical oasis, finding harmony in the functionality and beauty of the surroundings. Industrial design Thinking At the heart of the design was diversityover a hundred native and exotic species, from simple palms to hibiscus to plumeria, submerged to form a rich palette of year-round colors and textures. We carefully chose durable materials, such as locally sourced stone to create walkways and seating areas, really tying into the natural beauty of the property while remaining functional and durable over time. The sandy soil and high salinity (above soil moisture) which are make difficult growing plants were one of the big challenges at the area during the . Our experts provided the necessary soil conditioning methodologies and irrigation solutions that create a robust landscape, even with the challenging coastal environment. The end product is nothing but breathtaking. Today, the 'Floridian Fancy' features a picture-perfect garden and serene homeowners retreat with an enormous infinity-edge pool The space is completed with a tranquil water feature, inviting local wildlife and a sense of calm to the whole . The outdoor living space, which includes a custom seating and fire pits, beckons gathering and warmth of the Florida sun. By the time we reached the conclusion, our clients were ecstatic with the result and naturalistic themes and reflection from the clients own vision of an elegant but organic living space for their outdoor environment could be seen in the design masterpieces.
