'Tangerine Dream' is defined by a palette of native grasses, citrus trees and flowering bushes, all of which were chosen to withstand the climate. The addition of quality, sustainable materials like permeable pavers and locally sourced stone not only improves aesthetics but helps support the environment as well. The unique topography of the site, with its hilly landscape and lack of access for large machines, was one of the main struggles of the . The Bell team knew how to deal with those hurdles flawlessly: with creative solutions for grading and hand-installed finishes to ensure that the finer points were laid to their specifications. The end product is an immaculate, nature-fused landscape that marries outdoor spaces beautifully within its surroundings. The gorgeous patio space, complete with custom-built seating arrangements, lures guests to hang out there, and a winding trail, dotted with aromatic blossoms, wends its way through the beautiful greenery.
