As a part of this , 1200sf ADU adjacent dwelling unit landscaping is designed to compliment the natural beautify by providing a soothing scenic view while also being functional. Phase 1: The started with a thorough site analysis to have a understanding of the topography and environmental conditions. Our design included a combination of native plantings, drought-tolerant shrubs and a colorful rainbow of seasonal flowers to create a garden that is lush, yet sustainable in California's climate. Your outdoor living will never be the same once you add a pretty flagstone pathway that transitions into a seating area made for relaxation and entertaining. Tackling the slope of the land was one of the major hurdles. The designer on our team created tiered planters and used materials that were of high-quality and sourced locally to create a structural element but a visual one too. Carefully placed boulders and natural stones throughout the property provided needed drainage while keeping it looking very natural. In addition, low voltage landscape lighting helps to accentuate the beauty of the garden at night with an aura of magic. The was able to be completed on time and under budget with a very satisfied client seeing their transformation. The additions create a unified outdoor area that adds a new level of utility and aesthetics to their home, built on craftsmanship and attention to detail that the family of Moda Outdoor Living are acclaimed for. This new showcases our commitment to great landscaping while catering to the specific needs common among Calabasas homeowners and others in its city limits.
