Full Backyard Remodel Encino, CA | Moda Outdoor Living Located in sunny Encino, CA, Mode Outdoor Living started the process of transforming a lackluster backyard into an outdoor paradise. Specifically designed to balance function and form, this whole house remodel was created to meet a client's need for an inviting space to entertain and gather together. This included a large custom patio made with high quality natural stone pavers that are both durable and beautiful. They added a fabulous outdoor kitchen with high-end appliances and sleek granite countertop which allows chefs the opportunity to cook outside too! A well-designed garden with drought-resistant plants, bright flowers and a few strategically placed native shrubs surrounds the kitchen, blending into the Southern California climate. This site had its challenges with the steep terrain to wrestle with. Moda Outdoor Living's expert team leveled out the ground works and installed a custom drainage system that stops water pooling at the base of the elements which will allow them to last for many years. In addition, a warm gathering place for family and friends year-round was created with a surround custom seating fire pit. The end product turned out to be nothing less than great. The satisfaction of our client towards their new outdoor retreat which perfectly combines usabilility with leisure. This breathtaking backyard improvement demonstrates Moda Outdoor Living's dissension with a commitment to quality and customer service with both magnificent strength and practical purpose along with landscaping you can be proud of. While it increased the value of the property, it also created a family retreat that they will enjoy for years to come.
