This remarkable remodel was tailored not only to beautify the space but also to increase the body's efficiencies for the homeowners and their visitors. To start the , the client vision was deeply consulted. When the couple approached us to plant and figure out their outdoor landscaping around their pool area, they described wanting a sophisticated and warm atmosphere and we explored together. This involved balancing beauty with durability through a variety of materials including natural stone coping, porcelain tiles and a pebble finish. As always the work was challenging, our experienced team faced some issues e.g. site levels on this job were not ideal and drainage options were limited. By programming innovative designs that overcame these obstacles, we created a smooth transition from the pool area to the patio. In order to improve on the outdoor experience, we incorporated tropical landscaping complete with various palm trees, lush flowering plants, and sustainable ornamental succulents. They added a fire pit built in and lounge seating a perfect way to spend evening hours. New energy-efficient LED lights make the space a magical getaway at night, keeping it an enjoyable place to be later in the evening. The end result, a resort style pool space that the client never thought possible. The use of minimal but well-chosen materials and high level of craftsmanship makes a very unique space where interior and exterior easily blend. The homeowners could then enjoy their refuge, which has transformed into a gathering space in their backyard for families and entertaining.
