County Line Estate KGK Gardening & Design Corp is excited to share the completion of the County Line Estate: a beautiful landscaping banishing function, elegance, and craftsmanship. The estate is located in the beautiful area of Bath, which warrants a design that was integrated into the natural surroundings while providing a delightful space for family gatherings and entertaining. The team started out with a comprehensive site analysis looking at the landscape, existing shrubbery, and a wish list from the clients. The is highlighted by an architected plan of native vegetation for habitat attraction and biodiversity enhancement, as well as hardscaping suited for the terrain including natural stone paths and benches. The team was very specific choosing good, high-quality materials that were locally sourced such as flagstone and long-lasting pavers to balance aesthetics and longevity. One of the challenges of the property was landscaping to the slope of the topography. With the slope of the land we created a series of tiered gardens with reclaimed timber to create levels while avoiding erosion. A team of experts also completed an irrigation system specifically designed for the needs of the plants and sustainable practices. The result is a stunning landscape showcasing beautiful flower beds, a variety of green plants, and water features, including an inviting pond that draws wildlife. The outdoor kitchen and entertaining area combined with a fire pit create a beautiful setting for gatherings. The attention to detail, and the quality of every facet of craftsmanship gave the clients 100% satisfaction with turning County Line Estate into a strong outdoor moonlie. KGK Gardening & Design Corp continues served the greater communities of Akron, Aurora, Bainbridge, and far beyond as one of the few genuine innovators of landscaping creation.
