Jordan Vineyard and Winery Rosmarin Landscape Design Completed, the at Jordan Vineyard and Winery marks an outstanding example of our commitment to creating enhanced landscapes. Based in the heart of Sonoma County, this expansive vineyard required a carefully constructed mix of aesthetics and functionality to showcase the property and create an exceptional wine tasting space. Our designers had to solve the complicated issues of creating a modern landscape while maintaining the rustic charm of the winery itself, We carefully coordinated a landscape plan that incorporated native drought-tolerant plants, walkways of locally sourced flagstone, and outdoor areas with seating, inviting one to enjoy the exceptional surrounding views of the vineyards and winery. To emphasize sustainability, we installed an irrigation system to support the property which utilized rainwater catchment to supply water for the plantings in a sustainable manner. Additionally the featured custom constructed trellises and arbors out of reclaimed (although termed as "legacy" by the client) wood to accentuate the landscaping but provide structure to the botanical arrangement and add an elegance of age to the winery at large. While executing the there were multiple issues that were encountered such as the terrain not being even as well as maintaining existing mature oak trees which required our careful planning and execution. Our excellent team worked to create contouring while elevating the natural landscape features to beautify the environment as well as to create space and accessibility for the tasting visitors. The outcome is a combination of nature and craftsmanship that has a strong relation to the winery but also allows the guests to enjoy a beautiful outdoor space - with opportunities to entertain and relax during a tasting or event.
