Overview of Landscape Design - Green Guru Landscaping Green Guru Landscaping is proud to announce the completion of our most recent entitled, "Landscape Design," an incredible transformation to outdoor living space for our clients from the communities of Enterprise, Henderson, Las Vegas, Paradise, Sloan, Spring Valley, Summerlin South, Whitney and Winchester. This clearly represented our commitment to quality and innovation utilizing a mixture of native vegetation and sustainable materials that tied the functional design with a beautiful result. First we took the time to evaluate the topography and climate unique to the site, in order to choose the best drought tolerant/low water use vegetation that both thrived in that climate, but also reduced water consumption, which is often challenging in the southwest desert regions of Nevada. The work included hardscaping design elements of eye catching offerings and a custom stone pathway that would lead you through a lush garden that featured seasonal blooms and color. Local natural stone was selected for the patio, which was durable, aesthetically pleasing, and blended into the community effect. The modern design of a fire pit was well thought out and created a distinct gathering space constructed from heat resistant materials made for evenings in the stars. The hurdles of the removal of existing irrigation systems were navigated effectively, particularly balancing the aesthetics of design while maintaining proper irrigation as part of the . Our experienced staff were able to reroute the existing irrigation lines and then add smart irrigation to compliment sustainable practices and enhance the health of the landscape. The result was an incredible looking outdoor oasis that our clients were absolutely ecstatic with. They received a modern transformation utilizing layered planting that provided year-round interest, from the spring blooms to the rich autumn colors. The seating areas for relaxing and enjoying the greenery and artistry of their landscape were truly delightful and a peaceful place to gather and enjoy the surroundings. Our clients were so pleased with their new now rejuvenated landscape and appreciated Green Guru's intentional design and craftsmanship, which has created a standard for Green Guru. This revamped their property adding value and giving a feeling of a sanctuary involved around a place that needed improvement while honoring a neighborhood. Redesigning their existing space not only demonstrated the handiwork and professionalism of our talented design society, but also executed a plan for their vision with our full plant and harvest phased approach.
