Sustainable Kitchen HomeHarvest, Edible Landscapes & Construction At HomeHarvest we feel your outdoor space is an accent to your home, so we took that and went up a notch with our latest 'Outdoor Kitchen' . Culinary Newton Nestled deep in Newton, our team took a relatively small backyard and melded form and function into a culinary paradise. This included a high-end integrated grill, granite surface, and a wooden pergola for shade and atmosphere. Top quality materials were specified including weathered resistant cabinetry and natural stone flooring making it both earthy and elegant. The kitchen also incorporates an herb garden, so the homeowners can pick herbs a few steps from their windows. The was not without its challenges including uneven ground, and the inability of normal vehicles to access the site. With some ingenuity our crew met these challenges with solutions that involved using nothing but a laser level, some compact machinery and continued dedication to minimize changing the surrounding landscape. The end result was nothing short of spectacular. With ambient lights and seating arrangements that invite you to nest, the outdoor kitchen becomes the new family and friends meeting place.
