eTown Built by Serenoa Landscape Design Located in Jacksonville, the eTown is a that showcases Serenoa Landscape Design’s integrity to high-quality landscaping. We work in multiple locations such as Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Ponte Vedra, and this highlights how we can transform the outdoors into a cohesive and attractive space while accommodating the client’s vision. The eTown includes a variety of aspects meant for beauty and functionality. We used a rich selection of native plants that are suitable for the local climate, as well as being low maintenance and sustainable. The design includes beautiful flower beds, ornamental grasses, and trees that provide shade and separation of space, and encourage native wildlife to visit. A feature of this included a custom paver patio using durable, eco-friendly materials that fit perfectly within the landscape. This inviting atmosphere is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining friends, as there were various seating areas and an outdoor fire pit to enjoy on cool evenings. The patio also included several additional softscape features, which included a water feature that adds more aesthetics while creating a tranquil place to learn, practice mindfulness, or simply relax. During the , we faced challenges with soil quality and drainage. To deliver on our client expectations we customized solutions, which included advanced drainage solutions and soil amendments to ensure longevity and thriving health for all plant life. Our focus on detail and approach to hands-on experiences allowed us to create a landscape that suited our client’s needs. The eTown has produced a beautiful sanctuary-style landscape that encompasses both elegance and function. Following the turnover process, the clients spoke how they loved the entire transformation and were provided with space to integrate natural elements, as well as functionality and space to enjoy outdoor living.
