About This Project

Pierce Residence - San Marco Serenoa Landscape Design is excited to share the landscape at the Pierce Residence located in San Marco. This showcases the quality and creativity we strive to deliver. In this case, we utilized native plant materials along with sustainable products, providing beauty and integrity, ecologically speaking, to the property. We had to transform an uneven site. In this case, we included tiered garden beds to accommodate the sloping site, which gave the landscape diversity as well as improved drainage. A locally sourced stone was used to make the fabulous patio that spanned the back of the house. The design creates an outdoor space useable for large gatherings and smaller, intimate nights under the stars. The design contains a variety of flowering plants such as native hibiscus and gardenias. The flowering plants were chosen for their durability and ability to sustain local pollinators. The irrigation system was installed to lessen our impact on the plants while diverting water waste and ensuring a green landscape with minimal effort throughout the seasons. The final landscape is stunning and improves the curb appeal of Pierce Residence and reflects the homeowner's love of nature. The dedication to detail and excellence has left the client delighted, transforming their backyard into a calming outdoor extension of their home in alignment with their lifestyle.
