Lansdowne Living by Holloway Company Inc. The "Lansdowne Living" by Holloway company Inc,located in the breathtaking Lansdowne community captures the essence of what top notch landscaping is all . Working with clients at colorful locations including Ashburn, Leesburg, and Great Falls, We set out to turn one expansive residential backyard into a full-on green sanctuary. The design was incredible; it brought together nature and functionality within a space. Using a wide range of native species consisting of colorful perennials, grasses, and low-care shrubs, we provided for pollinator habitats, seasonal interest and ecological functionality. We used graceful stone paths composed of indigenous flagstone to define spaces, the central water feature serves as a focal point providing gentle sound for the pleasure of relaxation. The Land is one of the hurdles we have to solve, as the property is not flat land, and thus the ground needs to be stable and has proper drainage solutions. We built permanent retaining walls with natural stone to provide a view to last. Consideration of appropriate location of lighting fixtures down the paths and surrounding the water feature turned the area into a stunning escape great for evening events. The Lansdowne Living was delivered on time, within budget and to the client's exacting standards. It provided a pleasing integration of function with beauty, providing a tranquil environment for the outdoors and entertaining. The homeowners told us how delighted they were at how their home was transformed and appreciated the immense quality of workmanship and attention to detail that is met on every job site by Holloway Company Inc.
