### Basketball Court by Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces At Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces, we celebrate the versatility of transforming outdoor spaces into dynamic areas for both recreation and relaxation purposes. One of our favorite s, completed in the heart of Atlanta, was a custom basketball court that integrated playability and aesthetics into one beautiful space. This was in a family neighborhood, which began with an extensive site evaluation to find the best location and design of the basketball court. The site was located on a sloping hill which required extensive and expert grading and leveling to provide a playable and safe playing surface. We used some of the best materials on the market, which included an asphalt base with a professional-grade acrylic topcoat, to ensure durability and play by the homeowner for many years to come. In addition to the court, we included landscape into the plan, integrating low-maintenance shrubs and native vegetation around the basketball court for aesthetic value and privacy. Additionally, we used custom fencing design to keep the basketball court secure, while keeping the court open for everyone to see and use. Finally, we installed lighting for the homeowner to use the courts into the evenings for sports and fun. The end result was a fantastic basketball court that the homeowner loved! The court had bright markings with a smooth surface, that when completed was the highlight of so many family gatherings and neighborhood games. Great attention to detail, craftmanship, and quality helped us deliver an incredible end product that added value to the homeowners property and functional outdoor living.
