Landscape Design Services by Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces recently completed a large landscape design that took a yard that was previously not very welcoming and created an amazing outdoor space for a client in the beautiful community of Sandy Springs. This provides an example of our commitment to quality and our creativity in providing improved outdoor spaces throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. Our talented team created a detailed plan for lush gardens, useful hardscaping, and inviting gathering spaces. We sourced quality materials, natural stone pavers for pathways, composite decking for the patio, and plenty of native plants to thrive in Georgia's weather conditions. Now not only would the gardens look nice, they would also help us sustain our services and be easier for clients to maintain. A significant challenge was the lack of flat ground on the property, but our crew dealt with this in the design process by introducing terracing and retaining walls to prevent any soil from falling apart. These walls offered a level of heft, and the incorporation of the walls and terraces made for an interesting and visually engaging space. In addition, the lights outlined the beauty of the gardens at night, which is particularly magical when enjoying evening gatherings. The end product was an eye-catching outdoor area with a calming water feature, brightly colored flower beds, and a small gathering area with a fire pit to use and share with family and friends. The clients were excited to share that the new design gave them a real connection to nature and were excited to call this "stay-cation" space their own in the backyard. Not only did this add beauty and charm to an already great house but increased its value.
