EXTERIOR REMODEL FRONT & BACK YARD by BNC BUILDERS INC. We are BNC Builders Inc. and this is our 'Front & Back Landscape Remodel' Timeless Quality craftsmanship landscape (Landscaping quality). Our team designed this extensive to enrich a backyard of a lovely San Diego home, a lushly landscaped area in beautiful San Diego, CA serving beautiful San Diego areas like Escondido, Rancho Santa Fe, and La Jolla. This full remodel included a beautiful combination of softscape and hardscape to beautify both the front yard and backyard with a design focus on function. The front features a custom-built, natural stone pavers pathway designed to usher guests to the front door while harmonizing with the style of the home. On both sides of the pathway, we planted a colorful array of native succulents, grassy flowering plants and other drought-resistant plants that require little maintenance and do well in Southern California. A new custom patio made of premium composite decking created an outdoor room that combines function and environmental friendliness for year-round enjoyment. Functional beauty was added in the form of a lovely pergola that accommodates climbing vines that provide a little shade and atmosphere. The design included a fabulous water feature, with waterfall, for serenity and to attract native wildlife. The was not without its challenges with uneven terrain and miniscule access at points, but our experienced team used their creative approach to problem solving, assuring a seamless execution. We graded the land, added retaining walls and made sure that stability was there but also aesthetics. The end product is a stunning landscape that is both functional and beautiful while capturing the clients lifestyle and vision. The homeowners were thrilled with the change and now enjoy an ideal outdoor retreat and meeting space for family and friends, open year round.
