Daniel Island Town Home Completion by REMARK Located on beautiful Daniel Island, REMARK successfully completed a for the landscaping of a gorgeous townhome that fit well with its landscape. The landscaping encompasses a full design and installation of a garden that makes sense to the homeowner while adding interest, sustainability, and some beauty to the outdoor space. The new landscaping includes native plantings which are native to the local climate and attract pollinators. We incorporated amazing ferns, perennial color and interesting shrubs fences and finished with sustainably sourced organic materials where possible. The native plants that we chose will thrive in the local climate and add seasonal interest and privacy to the backyard. Using the best materials was important to us, which is why we chose to use very nice and durable pavers for the walkways as a landscaping edge, and created a new modern wooden deck that faces the natural environment, which was ideal for entertaining. During the process, we had to deal with a site with significant sloping that needed to be graded for drainage, the final landscape grading helped to manage the water and drainage out of site. We ended up creating with a small terraced garden to address the grading slope and improve aesthetics by providing layers to the plants and the garden. The final outcome is a stunning outdoor oasis that honors the style of the homeowner and presented as a place of peace and reconciliation. The outdoor oasis ideal with several seating places, walkways, and space to enjoy time together. As craftsmen we would like to way please because probably the homeowner is happy to call the Daniel Island Town Home 'home' and not leave.
