L Company: Green Guru Landscaping Service Areas: Enterprise, Henderson, Las Vegas, Paradise, Sloan, Spring Valley, Summerlin South, Whitney, Winchester Green Guru Landscaping is excited to share the L , a groundbreaking landscaping that reshaped outdoor living in Las Vegas. This was a careful combination of creative design and usability to maximize the property value while working with the surrounding environment. The L consisted of many beautiful segments, including a unique patio made from long-lasting native flagstone which provided a beautiful area to gather and relax. With a raised garden bed made from reclaimed wood, the was both sustainable and aesthetically pleasing displaying the client's culinary talents in both vegetable and herb cultivation. One of the challenges that we faced was an uneven grade that had to be accounted for in both drainage and how stable the new landscape would be in terms of erosion and future use. Working with the skilled team, we were able to maximize the usability of the property through creating upper and lower tiers which provided both drainage and depth to the usable space. Throughout the , we decided to maintain sustainability with local and native plants and installed drought-tolerant shrubs and flowering perennial plants at curvy locations to enhance curb appeal with less water consumption. To further sustainability, an effective drip irrigation setup provided efficient watering to still keep the landscape looking great without excessive water use in the desert climate. The L was beautiful. The client was ecstatic the utility and beauty of the and how well it represented their life outlook and values. Not only did we increase the neighborhood style, the improved the overall property value. This worked well as Green Guru Landscaping maintains a high level of quality and durability in our product. This open communication allowed us to stretch the timelines out, and this demonstrated our strength as an adaptable collaborator while working to create a space to be enjoyed and functionally usable for the long term.
