Summerlin | Azure Residence M Showcasing the Summerlin Azure Residence M in Summerlin one of the premier neighborhoods in Las Vegas this is a that redefined outdoor living landscapes. Located in a beautiful part of Summerlin, this development exemplifies quality and state-of-the-art construction. Drawing on traditional desert plants and modern architecture, the design incorporates rainfall-saving expert agave, succulents, and ornamental grasses which flourish in the dry atmosphere. These design staples feature a showstopping outdoor kitchen topped by high-end granite countertops, a built-in firepit with integrated seating, and a luxurious infinity-edge pool that visually disappears into the landscape and overlooks the mountains beyond. The most difficult issue was on the site slope, which fell towards the rear of the property compromising water to go out and impact the landscape. The team strategically created a grading plan that not only manages storm water runoff but also helps the garden visual flow. We ensured we used good permeable paving materials for the paths, allowing rain to soak through to the plants below. The end product is a beautiful outdoor space that feels comfortable and elegant. The easy merge of the functional spaces with the greenery and water brought a great joy to the client making his house a perfect abode of serenity at his doorstep.
