An exemplary piece of landscape architecture, one of its most desirable neighborhood in Las Vegas is presented by Attanasio Landscape Architecture: Southern Highlands Estates Residence M. It is the ideal balance between form and function, designed for our particular client. A simply elegant tableau of native desert plants, drought-resistant ground covers, and pops of color takes center stage to create a landscape that is eye catching and sustainable. Additionally, it was crucial for the to use higher end materials like natural stone paths, pavers, and bespoke water features, all of which brought great beauty to the property while allowing us to practice environmental stewardship. A primary challenge of the was how to integrate the landscape within the existing topography. We expertly navigated these challenges by using retaining and boulders trim to build natural terraces to then fortcreate visual and mobility of the ground. The end result is a stunning outdoor retreat a peaceful seating area under a custom pergola that lends itself to being a great entertaining location, or a relaxing area to unwind. Waterworks, lush greenery, and creative lighting create an atmosphere that moves seamlessly from day to night. The client was incredibly happy with the end result, thanking us for the great detailed work and the high quality beyond expectations.
