Before and after #2

Liquidscapes 'Before and After #2' Liquidscapes is creating beautifully functional outdoor spaces. Our latest is 'Before and After #2.' This highlights our attention to detail and the quality of our work as we bring design to life for the great communities of Alpine and New Vernon! This consisted of a very large residence in need of significant renovations to the outdoor space. The client had a vision for a peaceful oasis that had a focus on elegance and sustainability but was overwhelmed by the un-even landscape and the lack of a cohesive style. Our team worked to bring the ambition to life by utilizing the latest landscaping processes and high-quality materials. The first priority was to level the ground in order to create an appropriate substrate for the outdoor space. Once we set the footprint, we selected natural stone pavers to create beautiful, durable walking paths for visitors to follow as they enjoyed this new living environment. A select group of native plants were utilized in the design to enhance biodiversity and sustain water usage while creating an environment for low-maintenance gardens full of interest and textures. The focal point of this is the spectacular custom-built water feature which adds interest and sound as a relaxing space. Surrounding the water feature, we added a colorful variety of perennials and ornamental grasses as to create a colorful palette of textures that change with the season. We overcame drainage issues, along with the challenges of managing the existing overgrowth with our professional approaches and creativity to develop a cohesive and harmonious outdoor environment. The transformation from a bland yard to a deep, inviting green space was recognized as very impressive by the customer who appreciated bringing the ideals of nature and style together so seamlessly. In summary, Liquidscapes 'Before and After #2' highlights our commitment not only in our residential landscaping upgrades but in the quality we build to, and our interest in sustainability, from the practice methods to materials we select.
