Pavers & Natural Stones Landscape Design By Dana Pacific Landscape Located in the beautiful coastal towns of Dana Point, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano, Dana Pacific Landscape unveils the 'Pavers and Natural Stones Landscape Design' , a true work of art and craftsmanship. We designed this custom landscaping to complement the beauty of the homeowner lot and provide functional outdoor space to relax and entertain. A complex pattern of quality pavers and natural stones, both set to form inviting walks, an impressive patio, and decorative retaining walls. Then we layered in complementary materials such as rugged flagstone and sleek concrete pavers to create an elegant but approachable feel. A selection of colors and textures were made for the building that blend with and enhance the views to other similar buildings in the area. Over the course of the , we ran into obstacles like mouldy soil and poor drainage. We drew on our extensive knowledge to be able to navigate those challenges through strategic grading and drainage measures that would alleviate future ponding concerns while also adding longevity and durability to the install. The outcome was absolutely stunning! The large outdoor area became ideal for family gatherings and evenings spent outside under the stars. The finalized design received an exceptional response from the client as they conveyed how the amalgamation of pavers and natural stone enriched their property with aesthetics and utility. By doing this, they managed to create a better home environment as well as market a better property! This landscaping boosted the curb appeal of their home as well as improved its level of traffic on the market.
