About This Project

| Bowser by Green Acres Nursery & Garden Center Located in the heart of Doylestown, this 'Bowser' landscaping is a prime example of artistry from Ventura-based Green Acres Nursery & Garden Center. This holistic makeover showcased a dazzling palette of local flora, carefully crafted hardscapes and modern stormwater apparatuses, balancing form and function. It wasn't easy due to the uneven terrain and the fact, that the light was very limited. We tackled these by building tiered planting beds using locally harvested stone to create levels that were both visually stunning and functional to help drain water away from the backyard. In the patio area, the smooth look of their permeable pavers allowed for the proper runoff of water. A custom fire pit surrounded by natural boulders crowns this , ideal for spending time around. On top of that we added some carefully positioned LED light which illuminates the green foliage adding an evening charm. With sustainable design in mind, we picked beautiful, eco-friendly materials that didn't cost the earth (because we love the earth). As a result, the beautiful outdoor space was a blended element, kept the client happy while it brings lounge and entertainment areas altogether, and completes local biodiversity. Not only does this represent Green Acres commitment to quality craftsmanship, but it also acts as a reflection of our commitment to our clients and giving our communities in Ambler, Blue Bell, and beyond, the visions they have dreamed of bringing to life.
