St. Paul Working Garden Stonepocket Unique Landscapes is excited to introduce the St. Paul Working Gardenan innovative transforming an outdoor space for a productive and functional use while respecting the beautiful nature that surrounds it. This working garden is found in the heart of the lively St. Paul neighborhood, and is both a productive working space and a lovely retreat for its owners. The included a complex layout that included raised vegetable beds made from sustainably grown cedar, which would maximize plant growth and enhance the beauty of the garden’s space. A winding path made with permeable pavers was included for access and the chromatic drainage of water around the beds, showcasing our dedication to sustainable work. We planted perennial flower beds along the pathway, which bloom as the seasons progress providing an exciting backdrop to the working elements. One of the challenges this brought was the sloping site. Careful grading and soil amendments were performed to maximize drainage and plant health. Our team worked diligently on the ground, levelling the site and adding organic compost to the soil, all while making sure the plants would flourish even with these difficult conditions! The end result is a beautiful and functional garden that meets the client's vision for a productive space, as well as a retreat. The happy homeowners now have an abundance of fresh produce and a beautiful landscape that improves the aesthetics and value of their propertyall constructed with the greatest attention to detail that Stonepocket Unique Landscapes prides itself on.
