The Reverse Osmosis Compact II is the ultimate in commercial water treatment. With increased capacity, upgraded...Add to Cart Add to Wish list filtration, quality water is a must, this two stage system is ideal for many applications including Brewing, Aquariums, Misting, Hydroponics, Skid mounted systems, etc. From Wish list Have This :- Compact II Available in 150,250,450,800 GPD models, the Compact II commercial series providing you with the reliable water quality performance that you’ve been looking for daily in your lab, greenhouse, food processing plant or manufacturing process and more.
Every system utilizes the latest in reverse osmosis technology, and is constructed of high end durable materials that offer long lasting dependable RO systems, capable of delivering pure water and optimal performance in a range of standard applications. The Compact II series offers everything from pressure automation to enhanced filter capacity, making it a reliable choice for today’s commercial enterprises.
All Reverse Osmosis Compact II Units are built around a thin film composite membrane that filters out impurities such as dissolved metals, salts, microorganisms and other impurities. This high-performance membrane provides excellent rejection rates, low pressure operation and long service life, perfect for daily use applications.
Each system is designed to protect this heart of a filtering element with a s/s membrane vessel. This durable housing resists corrosion and provides structural integrity, so the membrane operates at potential high-pressures for delivery of the purist water.
The system is based on a polyester powder-coated steel framework which provides the strength which is important to resist mechanical stress and corrosion. The coating will make sure that the frame will be free of rust in high-moisture conditions such as greenhouses or processing rooms.
The liquid-filled system pressure gauge offers a steady reading, which is vibration-free of the machine’s working pressure. Liqurd-filled inlet and outlet pre-filter gauges let users visually track pre-filter performance and progress, and know when to change filters to prevent premature membrane fouling.
Real time Storage Tank Fill Level: This secondary pressurized tank pressure gauge levels (fill) with this dual function of assuring shut-down at full capacity and also informing users of abnormal tank conditions.
Control of flow is by fixed waste/recycle flow controllers in stainless steel. These parts equalize reject with product water while minimizing reject and maximizing recovery and membrane life.
It is constructed of high pressure nylon tubing which is burst and chemical resistant. Tubing is connected to fittings with brass compression fittings, which form a permanent, leak-tight connection that is easily and quickly installed without special tools.
When the storage tank is full, the tank pressure switch shuts off power to the unit and water production stops, saving water and energy. The feed water inlet solenoid valve also controls the amount of water intake by opening and closing the flow path according to the demand signals.
The pump system is protected by the feed water low-pressure-switch which shuts down the pump if the water pressure becomes too low (such as a plugged inlet, no available water supply) to prevent running dry; extend motor life.
All models house an efficient rotary vane pump that supplies water to the membrane under pressure, providing quiet operation and steady flow. The power system is different according to capacity:
150 -450 GPD models come with ½ HP motor.
The 800 GPD pump is powered by a ¾-hp motor which lets you push more water through for high-volume filtration.
The system starts with a 20” 5-micron sediment pre-filter that captures rust, sand, silt and dirt at a greater capacity than the 10” pre-filters found in our basic systems. This pre-filtration extends the life of the entire system by preventing clogging of the following stages.
After the sediment filter, there is a 20” carbon block pre-filter that filters out the chlorine, chloramines and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This helps to prevent the RO membrane from oxidation, as well as to improve water taste and safety.
In order to accommodate all that you require, below are some of the options that can be provided for with Reverse Osmosis Compact II Units:
New features include product and waste flow meters with adjustable waste/recycle valves for precise monitoring and control of filtration performance. Systems support 220 volt-50/60 Hz operation in addition to 110 volt for extended or foreign installations.
Compact II systems are available for low-pressure feedwater conditions – perfect for locations where TDS levels are less than 2000 ppm and valuable in maintaining long-term reliability without forfeiting water quality.
The Reverse Osmosis Compact II Units are the next generation in commercial water purification. Featuring expanded filtration, 20-inch pre-filters for extended service life and four pressure gauges for precise monitoring, these are systems for developers who need high-capacity purification.
Their modular expansion possibilties, which include the integrated TDS monitor, customizable flow control and adjustable voltage input makes sure that every installation can be adapted to personal operational demands. Constructed from durable materials and manufactured for simple operation, Apex RO systems consistently provide quality water making them the perfect choice for any company whose standards demand nothing but the best.
