Mashta Residence At LandStudio, we love taking outdoor spaces and transforming them into exquisite landscapes that enhance the beauty and function of residential properties. A great case study to illustrate our commitment to quality and innovation in landscaping design is the Mashta Residence , located in Coconut Grove’s upscale enclave. This was a complete property remodel and the objective was to create a successful integration of nature and architecture. For this composition, we integrated a rich palette of native plants for environmental sustainability and low maintenance. The included a lush tropical garden with colorful bougainvilleas, fragrant jasmine, and healthy palms trees that became the backdrop to the property. There were many challenges associated with the site, particularly with the topography of the land and drainage issues. Our landscape craftsman employed an advanced drainage system to honor the integrity of the landscape and enhance the overall appeal of the site. The artisans also used the highest quality natural stone in the pathways and patio areas to achieve long-lasting durability and elegance in the aesthetics that matched the home. Mashta Residence is now an incredible outdoor sanctuary with a peaceful water feature that creates an overall healing environment for relaxation and socialization. The outcome of this made everyone happy, especially the client, providing a foundation of beauty and functionality, while also being respectful of the environment's integrity.
