Vista al Mar Residence The Vista al Mar Residence is yet another example of LandStudio's effective vision that transforms outdoor space into beautiful landscapes, located within the beautiful context of Miami, and servicing the wonderful neighborhoods of Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and beyond. LandStudio took on this monumental that interlaces luxury living with greenery. The landscaping showcases an extraordinary selection of native plant species that will flourish in the South Florida atmosphere. By selecting plants that thrive under drought conditions, sustainability and reduced water usage were effectively utilized. Created with lush palm trees that provided shade and elegance, vibrant bougainvillea and jasmine vines adorned the property with color and fragrance. Key features of the included the large outdoor living area, designed with a custom pool with natural stone coping, and a finished wooden deck. Providing function and leisure, the was carefully executed with a multitude of seating areas and ambient lighting to create a relaxed atmosphere for family gatherings and parties. During construction, LandStudio experienced several challenges managing the multiple elevations of the site. Our experience suggests that if design contains varying elevation, grading can assist in determining a path for water drainage around of the design, while also eliminating water pooling in the feature design. Decorative boulders and retaining walls were integrated into the planting-areas to further enhance the aesthetics and articulate . In closing, the design offers a stunning retreat that aligns luxury with the coastal landscape. The Vista al Mar Residence is not a house, but an experience, of outdoor living where the client is invited to feel the beauty of nature in every corner. The clients cannot be happier with the landscape version of their lifestyle that enhances their property value, once again confirming a perfect hit to come true - LandStudio crafts a into a piece of art with precision and passion.
