California Living from Terra Ferma Landscapes Located in the Bay Area, Terra Ferma Landscapes is pleased to present our latest 'California Living.' Our team made a commitment to the communities of Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Francisco and more due to an outdoor oasis, that embodies California's natural beauty. This features a wonderful selection of drought tolerant plantings, beautiful hardscapes, and functional outdoor spaces meant for relaxation or entertaining. Our talented landscape architects chose native plants (California lilacs and succulents) that would do well in the local climate, and would require little to no maintenance. When selected thoughtfully, these plants support their local environment, because they blend beautiful aesthetics with wildlife sustenance. To promote longevity and aesthetics we chose beautiful, quality materials throughout the . A natural stone patio creates a beautiful eating area for dining outdoors, and decomposed granite walks connect the different zones of the garden, providing a pathway through the lush outdoor space. A contemporary water feature acts as a focal point and soothing element to the space simultaneously. Throughout the we faced challenges such as uneven terrain and existing drainage issues at the site, however the problems were solved with expert design and workmanship by creating an intricate style that managed grading and drainage for a successful landscape. The final result is a beautiful outdoor oasis that reflects our client's vision of California living. With inviting spaces for entertaining, lush vegetation, and a soothing feel, California Living has transformed the property into a gorgeous and picturesque retreat they can enjoy year-round.
