This patio area also incorporates a special built large firepit encompassed with comfortable outdoor seating which creates an ideal gathering for family and friends. The patio area also is complemented by a specially designed garden incorporating California native drought resistant plants, providing for sustainability and minimal maintenance. There were many site concerns that had to be addressed, that included the need for special grading to eliminate problems with an uneven site, which also provided for a properly defined drainage system which encouraged the natural movement of water as to help curb erosion. Other concerns were illuminated with the addition of carefully thought out lighting that obviously added a decorative aspect but also helped enable the usability of the outdoor areas into the evening time. The result is a spectacular outdoor area that truly provides the concepts of outdoor living. The client was exceptionally pleased with the final product being more than what they had imagined. One of their main delights was the ambience the area provided, allowing for much loved entertaining and relaxing.
