A unique pergola from which vines would grow and cover in time was introduced in the design area. This gave a sense of well defined roof area overhead covering the whole area which proved to be of merit during the warm afternools when early shade would be present. Except for the brackets on the structures, hanging lights give a touch of glowing ambient lighting where desired to catch both evening and night.
