Raised Terrace Patio by Premiere Landscape Design At Premiere Landscape Design, we just modified a Raised Terrace Patio which has changed our client's outdoor space into a beautiful outdoor space. Located in Virginia Beach, this signifies our commitment to high-quality and expert craftsmanship throughout Hampton Roads, including Chesapeake, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Suffolk. The began with a detailed consultation to understand the client's vision and take advantage of the natural elevation in the backyard. Our team developed a multi-level terrace solution that maximized the space and allowed for better flow from the home to the backyard. We opted for high-end materials, including composite decking that boasts durability, and a natural stone as a wall surround to make the space aesthetically appealing and durable. One of the challenges involved dealing with the sloped terrain, which took creativity and engineering skills to create a level structure to build off of. Our highly-skilled professionals graded the land, built retaining walls, and designed drainage systems to mitigate water build-up and maintain the structural integrity of the system. The end goal was a nice sized raised patio with an array of outdoor furniture that could be used for entertaining or relaxation. There is luxurious landscaping surrounding the area using native plants to create usable space while better maintaining the natural beauty. The historic lighting design is warm and inviting creating a comfortable outdoor experience for family gatherings. Our client was overwhelmed with emotion and fulfilled with the results.
