Outdoor Furniture by Wheel & Barrow Landscape Design & Maintenance Situated in the scenic landscapes of Sheboygan County in Wisconsin, Wheel & Barrow Landscape Design & Maintenance has recently completed a beautiful outdoor furniture that has turned a private backyard into a relaxing getaway. Working with the quaint communities of Elkhart Lake, Sheboygan, Plymouth, and Sheboygan Falls, we were contracted to create an outdoor living space that was functional and beautiful. The beginning of the design process included thoughtful planning to ensure that the outdoor furniture was harmonious to that estate of landscaping. We picked out quality, weather resistant materials including sustainably-harvested teak for its durability and natural beauty, and comfortable, UV-resistant cushions in colors inspired by the local flora. The final outdoor furniture layout included a cozy seating area, a contemporary dining set, and elegant accent outdoor furniture to create a space to unwind and invite guests to socialize. Our landscape architecture team overcame significant challenges related to drainage and grading of the site. We successfully excavated and graded the area to create a solid foundation for outdoor furniture placement, while also ensuring proper drainage to avoid standing water. To connect the furniture with the garden space, we added various colored planters and decorative stones to add some flair, and subtle functionality. The final product met and exceeded customer expectations, providing them with a welcoming outdoor space to entertain friends and family, or enjoy some solitude with a book. This was a good demonstration of Wheel & Barrow's commitment to craftsmanship, and innovative design with a profitable outcome. Being able to manage the obstacles for this backyard rejuvenation to create a desirable outdoor space was extremely rewarding for our entire team. We truly transformed the backyard into an extension of the home, creating a peaceful space in a locale synonymous with natural beauty throughout Sheboygan County, and we believe the backyard will be a new recreational experience for our satisfied customer.
