### South Seattle Residence Phase 1 Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLC is excited to announce the South Seattle Residence Phase 1, an exquisite renovation that will blend the beauty and function of the space in Seattle's urban neighborhoods. The reflects our commitment to quality and innovative landscape design, and will serve as an extraordinary outdoor oasis for the residents. The landscape design incorporates a unique menu of native and ornamental plants, providing year-round color and texture, and increased biodiversity. Sustainable materials, such as permeable pavers for the pathways and a reclaimed wood deck, are executed to make sure this not only looks attractive, but also environmentally-sensitive. The significant challenge was the existing steep slope of the site, which required grading and drainage challenges to be resolved. The Urban Oasis team implemented a careful engineered multi-tiered garden with natural stone retaining walls to support the gardens and to enhance overall elegance to the landscape. Lastly, a modern irrigation system provides confidence in maintaining a healthy landscape while reducing water waste. In the end, the result is a peaceful outdoor space that features a comfy fire-pit area to gather with famiy and friends, and a beautiful garden to enjoy strolling and lounging in. Upon completion, the clients expressed how they were amazed at the transformation and added value their new landscape brought to their home, and their everyday life.
